Include approved files and relevant artifacts without exposing internal drafts or unrelated private content.
Name the package clearly
Use the project, destination, and date so exported material remains understandable outside LobeWork.
Review before sharing
Open the export, test its links where possible, and verify that sensitive material was not included.
