Create profiles by purpose
Use clear names such as Personal ChatGPT, Client Claude, or Local Ollama rather than Profile 2.
Keep credentials separated
Do not reuse organization credentials in a personal profile or share a profile between people.
Choose defaults carefully
A default provider should be convenient without silently routing sensitive work to the wrong account.
Review before sending
Confirm the profile, task, and attached context before starting work.
Remove old access
Sign out and delete profiles that are no longer authorized.
