01

Connect for a purpose

Add a tool when it supports a real project action such as editing, browsing, reviewing, testing, or publishing.

02

Know the connection type

Some tools open as web apps, some use APIs, and some may use local integrations or extensions.

03

Control what moves

LobeWork should send only the context, file, prompt, or handoff you explicitly choose.

04

Capture the result

When work returns from a connected app, save the meaningful output or decision back to the project.

05

Disconnect safely

Remove access or sign out when a tool is no longer needed, especially on shared devices.
