Start connection
Select Connect GitHub and follow the device activation flow.
Authorize access
Review the GitHub account and permissions before approving.
Return to LobeWork
Wait for the connection confirmation and choose the repository needed for the project.
Attach a repository to a project
Choose the repository that belongs to the active project. Confirm the local project folder and repository location match the work you intend to manage.
Common project-aware actions
Review status
See changed, staged, untracked, and clean files.
Pull
Bring remote changes into the local repository after reviewing the branch.
Stage and commit
Select the intended files and write a clear commit message.
Push
Send committed changes to the configured remote branch.
Open repository
Move into the full Git workspace when deeper review is needed.
Review before changing Git state
Git actions can affect project files. Confirm the active repository, branch, changed files, and commit details before pulling, committing, or pushing.
LobeWork should not replace normal repository access controls, branch protections, or team review policies.
Using more than one GitHub account
When multi-account support is available in your plan and version, label accounts clearly and confirm which identity is active before choosing a repository.
Connection problems
Authorization does not open
Check the internet connection and browser.
The device code expires
Restart the connection flow and use the new code.
A repository is missing
Confirm the GitHub account or organization granted access to it.
Push is rejected
Review the branch, remote changes, permissions, and repository rules.
