LobeWork is $39/month or $390/year for one user. Annual billing includes two months free.
Every paid user gets the full LobeWork desktop product. Team Capacity changes how many people can use the organization; it does not unlock separate feature tiers.
Team Capacity
Team Capacity is the total number of organization users, including the owner.
- 1 user — included with the base plan
- Up to 3 users — add $39/month
- Up to 5 users — add $50/month
- Up to 10 users — add $75/month
- Up to 25 users — add $125/month
Annual Team Capacity add-ons are billed at 10× the monthly add-on amount.
Each person uses a separate verified LobeWork account and has their own private local workspace.
Seats and devices are different
Team Capacity controls how many people can belong to the organization. Device activation limits apply separately to each licensed user.

Trial and billing
The 14-day trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When you are ready to purchase, choose monthly or annual billing and the Team Capacity that fits your organization.
You can manage billing later from your LobeWork account.
