One account per person

One account per person

The organization owner manages one license pool. Every member signs in with their own email and password. The owner can see seat assignment and billing information, but not another person's project files, chats, prompts, or local workspace contents.

Purchase or redeem the seat pool

Purchase or redeem the seat pool

Choose an organization purchase during onboarding or redeem a multi-seat partner code. The first seat is assigned to the purchaser. Remaining seats stay available until invited.

  • LobeWork includes one user by default.
  • Team Capacity increases the total organization-user bracket to 3, 5, 10, or 25.
  • The original purchase or redemption code is used only once by the owner.
Invite each person by email

Invite each person by email

Open Members & Seats, enter the person's email, choose a role, and send the invitation. LobeWork reserves a seat and emails a secure one-time link that can only be accepted by the matching verified email address.

Accept the assigned seat

Accept the assigned seat

The invited person opens the email link, creates an account or signs in, verifies the email, and accepts the seat. They never need the owner's original license code.

A seat is a person. A device is a computer.

A seat is a person. A device is a computer.

Each seat includes its own device allowance. Device activations are intended for computers primarily used by that licensed person; they are not extra transferable user seats.

Remove or reassign access

Remove or reassign access

Owners can cancel a pending invitation or remove a member. The member's paid access and activated devices are revoked after validation, but LobeWork does not delete that person's local project files.
