Seat and device rules
A seat authorizes one person. A device activation authorizes one computer used primarily by that person. Device slots are not transferable user seats.
One person, one account.
Do not share passwords or use one person's device allowance to license other people. Add a seat instead so each user keeps their own security, recovery, and workspace privacy.
Need an invitation again?
Invited members can request a fresh secure link without receiving the organization's original purchase code.
