01

A seat represents one person

Every person needs a separate account, password recovery path, and assigned access.

02

A device activation represents one computer

A seat may allow multiple personal devices, such as a desktop and laptop, depending on the plan.

03

Device slots are not extra users

Sharing one account across people violates the license terms and removes privacy between those users.

04

Organizations manage seat pools

The owner buys or redeems capacity, then assigns each seat to a verified member email.

05

Removed members keep local files

Removing a seat revokes LobeWork access at validation but does not delete local project folders.
