Use the sidebar by purpose
Projects organize outcomes, Tasks track action, Files & Artifacts hold material, Context & Handoffs package continuity, and connected tools extend the work.
Use the command palette
Press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K where supported to jump to pages, actions, projects, and frequently used commands without leaving the keyboard.
Know what is global
Account settings, provider profiles, prompt templates, and some preferences may be global even when you are working inside one project.

Pin only the pages and tools you use often. LobeWork is most useful when the current project remains easy to understand.
