Know what will reset
A settings reset may affect layout, pinned pages, local preferences, and provider-session state.
Back up important configuration
Record custom provider endpoints, local-model settings, and workflow preferences you may need to recreate.
Keep project folders separate
The reset action should not delete local source folders or exports.
Restart after reset
Open LobeWork, sign in if requested, and verify one project before restoring custom settings.
Use support for repeated failures
If the same problem returns immediately, collect diagnostics instead of repeatedly resetting.
