Your installer lives with your LobeWork account.

Choose Get LobeWork or Try Free, create and verify your account, then use the account portal to download the installer. Trial access does not begin until you explicitly start it inside LobeWork Desktop.

RECOMMENDED SETUP

A comfortable daily workspace

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
  • 8 GB RAM; 16 GB recommended for heavier workflows
  • At least 1.5 GB free for the app, plus project, model, backup, and voice-package storage
  • Internet access for first sign-in, trial start, access check, updates, cloud providers, billing, and support submission
Installation path

Choose access, create your account, then download.

Paid customers complete checkout before downloading. Trial customers can download after verification, while the 14-day clock remains stopped until they explicitly start the trial in the desktop app.

1. Download

Use the account Downloads page and verify the published filename and checksum when the installer becomes available.

2. Install

Run the official LobeWork installer. Preserve the published release details if Windows shows a security prompt.

3. Start or refresh access

Sign in, authorize the device, then explicitly start the trial, refresh a purchase, redeem access, or accept an assigned organization seat.

System requirements will be measured, not guessed.

The current baseline is modern 64-bit Windows. Final startup, memory, storage, and recommended hardware guidance will be updated after the performance and installer passes.

Updates use release channels.

Stable is intended for everyday work. Preview exposes the next validated candidate. Earlier invited testing should remain clearly separated from normal production use.

Local models change the hardware requirement.

Ollama model size and voice package choices affect memory, disk use, and performance. LobeWork itself cannot make every local model suitable for every computer.
