01License grant
While your plan or assigned seat is active and you follow this agreement, LobeWork grants the licensed person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for personal or internal business work.
02LobeWork access
A valid LobeWork subscription, Founder subscription, lifetime license, redeemed code, trial, or assigned organization seat controls whether an account may use the desktop software. The standard paid offering is one full-access LobeWork desktop product rather than separate feature editions. Monthly or annual billing and Team Capacity determine the commercial access attached to the account. Device allowances and any separately offered hosted services are governed by the applicable purchase or offer terms. Features may evolve as the product improves.
03Activated devices
You may activate LobeWork on the number of devices allowed for your assigned user seat. Device slots are for computers owned or primarily used by that licensed person. They are not additional user seats and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared as separate licenses.
04Account-linked access
The license or seat is connected to the verified LobeWork account assigned to that person. You may be required to sign in periodically to confirm the seat, plan, and device activation. Keep account credentials private and do not allow another person to use your account.
05Organization seats and invitations
When Team Capacity is purchased for an organization, the selected capacity is the total number of authorized people, including the owner. Each assigned person must use a separate verified LobeWork account. Organization members may not share credentials or treat one person’s device allowance as access for another person.
The organization owner or authorized license manager may invite, remove, or reassign members. Removing a member ends their paid access and device activation but does not delete local project files stored on their computer.
06Ownership
LobeWork and its licensors own the software, website, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. This agreement grants permission to use the software; it does not sell or transfer ownership.
07Your work
You keep ownership of project files, prompts, notes, decisions, content, and outputs that you create or import. This license does not give LobeWork ownership of your work. You are responsible for lawful use and appropriate backups.
08Third-party software and services
LobeWork may display or connect to third-party providers, open-source components, websites, repositories, runtimes, and services. Their separate licenses and terms continue to apply. A LobeWork license does not include third-party subscriptions or usage charges.
09License restrictions
You may not copy the software except for normal installation and backup, distribute it, rent it, sublicense it, sell access to it, remove ownership notices, defeat activation, bypass plan limits, or use it to create a competing hosted service. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law expressly allows it.
10Security and misuse
Do not use the software to introduce malware, access systems without authorization, evade security controls, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend a license when needed to address fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or a serious security risk.
11Updates and compatibility
Updates may add, change, or remove features and may be required for security, account access, connected services, or compatibility. Support for older versions can end after a reasonable transition period.
12Offline and local use
Supported local project work and local models may remain available offline. Account verification, plan changes, downloads, updates, cloud providers, cloud storage, and online tools require a connection.
13End of the license
The license ends when the plan expires, the account is terminated, or this agreement is materially violated. When access ends, uninstall the software and stop using plan-restricted features. Your local project files remain yours, subject to the file formats and export options available to you.
14Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.
15Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LobeWork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or opportunity. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for LobeWork during the twelve months before the claim.
16Agreement changes
We may update this agreement to reflect changes in the software, plans, security, law, or distribution. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised agreement.
