01Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, downloading LobeWork, or using the website, account portal, or software, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Software License Agreement. If you use LobeWork for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
02Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for notifying us if you believe the account has been compromised.
0314-day trial
Eligible new users may start a 14-day LobeWork trial without providing a payment method. Creating an account or downloading the installer does not start the countdown. The trial begins only after you sign in to LobeWork Desktop and explicitly confirm that you want to start the trial. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription; you must choose and complete a purchase to continue paid access.
04Plans, billing, and renewal
LobeWork offers one full-access desktop product with monthly or annual billing and selectable Team Capacity. The price, billing interval, total-user capacity, and renewal timing are shown before purchase. Annual billing may include a displayed savings compared with monthly billing. Founder, lifetime, partner, marketplace, or other promotional access may have separate terms shown with the offer. You authorize the payment method on file to be charged for each paid renewal until you cancel.
Taxes may be added where required. AI-provider subscriptions, API usage, local-model hosting, and third-party service charges are not included in the LobeWork plan.
05Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel future renewal from your account. Unless stated otherwise, paid access continues through the end of the period already paid. Changing between monthly and annual billing or changing Team Capacity may change the amount charged and the total number of people authorized under the subscription. Team Capacity counts total users, including the owner.
06Organization seats and invitations
When Team Capacity is greater than one, the organization receives the total user capacity selected at purchase, including the owner. The owner or authorized license manager assigns access to individual people using their email addresses. Each person must use their own verified account. Device allowances belong to the assigned person and are not additional transferable user seats.
Do not share passwords, invitation links, purchase codes, or one person's device allowance with other people. Organization owners can manage membership, billing, roles, and seat status, but they do not receive access to another member's local projects, prompts, provider credentials, or files through the licensing portal.
07Use of the software
Your right to install and use LobeWork is governed by the Software License Agreement. The plan gives you a limited right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of LobeWork or its source code.
08Your projects and content
You keep ownership of the files, prompts, notes, decisions, project information, and other content you bring into LobeWork. You are responsible for having the right to use and share that content and for maintaining backups appropriate to your work.
09AI providers and connected services
LobeWork can connect to third-party AI providers, websites, repositories, storage services, local runtimes, and other tools. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. LobeWork is not responsible for a third party’s service, output, or decision.
10AI and automated output
AI-generated or automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review important output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
11Acceptable use
Do not use LobeWork to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass license controls, abuse support, or harm others. Do not resell, sublicense, or provide shared access except where your plan or a written agreement allows it.
12Updates and availability
We may release updates, change features, correct errors, or discontinue support for older versions. We work to keep LobeWork available and useful, but no software or connected service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
13Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, security risk, misuse, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using LobeWork and cancel future renewal at any time.
14Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LobeWork is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every feature, provider, integration, output, or workflow will meet every need or remain available forever.
15Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LobeWork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or opportunity. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for LobeWork during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated date will appear at the top. When a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account, software, or email.
